book suggestions
Aug. 18th, 2007 05:39 pmHi, my name is Jess. I'm 23 and from Philadelphia. I'm already a "straight ally" but would like to work on becoming a "trans ally". I'm poor but am the recent recipient of a Barnes and Noble gift card. Could anyone suggest any good trans education books I might find from them? If not, I'll eventually scrape up the money to order some. I've looked around online, through this community, another trans community and some other places but haven't really found anything solid (aside from PDFs from the HRC; I'll pass, thanks).
So, could anyone suggest any good books for me to read to help me continue on my quest to be a trans ally?
Thank you in advance. :)
