Iowa's "DOMA" Ruled unconstitutional

I was browsing through the various news sites for last hour or two, and was surprised to read this article. I would've thought someone would have posted this here already, if I somehow missed a post that imparted this good news, feel free to delete this post.

Obviously this case still has to go to the supreme court, but if the article is accurate, I figured this is very good news for you fine citizens of Iowa. I read the whole thing, put a nice smile on my face.
