Binders

Can anyone recommend a comfortable (and not too expensive) binder for someone with a 38B chest? I don’t want it to be too tight; it’s something I will be wearing occasionally for now until I further decide whether or not this is something I want to do more. I will admit I’m a little worried about changing the texture of my breast tissue – do you have to bind for a really long time for that to happen?
