WoW, Curves!
Oct. 17th, 2007 06:37 amOkay, so the title of this post is a play on words, but this is about fitness, girl-style. I read a post just now about some fitness issues and looking feminine, but I wanted to ask my own questions in a new post.
So here's the thing.
I always worry that if I exercise, I will build muscle and I will lose fat. Isn't the distribution of fat to the right places, something we are all desperate for? And I am still waiting on my upper arm muscles to wither away and not be so visible.
Yet many natural women go to the gym to look good, and they don't look less feminine for it, but I don't know how it would affect me. Will the muscles I develop look feminine? Will my figure suffer from lack of padding?
So what am I thinking about wrongly here? I feel like exercise will build up the wrong body elements, and reduce the wrong ones too. Yet people tell me to exercise and work on my legs and rear so they look good.
Arg! Can someone help me figure this out??
