Problems with Preferred Pronouns

A few months ago there was a post to this community talking about the problems involved with the popular progressive "and what pronoun do you prefer?" approach in meetings, etc. The post talked about how this is problematic because it's all fun and games for cisgender folks, who don't have to fight for their pronouns in every social interaction and who can just giggle and say "oh, I don't care what you call me, just as long as you don't call me late for lunch, tee hee."

Can anyone point me to this post?
