Whitman Walker?

Has anyone tried contacting them lately? I've tried calling several times to make an appointment; I keep not getting through and left a message with questions and my phone number over a week ago. Anyone know what's up? Are they just super slow at answering their phones/returning calls? Is there a best time to call to try and get through (this is about the 4th time I've tried calling). Are they any faster at answering emails? Thanks.
