QUESTION FOR ALL MtF POST-OP OR FRIENDS WITH

I just found one Dr. Reed in Miami, FL. I'm researching him, and the pictures look amazing, and so real, but it's $13,500 which is amazingly cheap. I'm trying to find if this guy is the real deal, or if he's a hack job. PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!!!! If anybody knows about him.
