following HBS vs not following
Jun. 3rd, 2009 02:19 pmHas there been a study on following the standards of care vs not following the standards?
Like, I know not every clinic out there follows the WPATH (aka HBS) standards and I'm wondering if anyone has done a comparison between the "success" rates of WPATH clinics vs. non-WPATH clinics.
Success can be defined as the following:
Client's positive feelings of transition, self-esteem, and/or rating of client/clinic relationship.
Rate of regret.
Rate of detransition (or transitioning back, or whatever you want to call it.)
I've tried searching google and JStor, and I'm not coming up with anything.
