Hi everyone. Was just wondering if you might give me a few seconds of your time? What do you think are some reason why people oppose gender-neutral restrooms on college campuses besides religion? I ask because I have decided to write my last Critical Thinking argument on why colleges should institute gender-neutral bathrooms, and in order to present a good argument I need to refute the opposing arguments. I am actually having trouble thinking of reasons other than religious in matter.

Thanks Palsies!!!
:)

Edit: i am mostly talking about single-user restrooms. But if you have something to say about multi-user unisex/gender-neutral rooms feel free.

EDIT:
thank you ALL for your input. I would like to ask that the replies be frozen from here on out. I am really not trying to do anything harmful. i appreciate the people who understood that i was just looking for some reasons for my paper. I know i dont have it all figured out, however i think i should be able to learn and question this without being accused of being disablist or unwise or without people trying to find fault with everything i say. I am really trying to speak about something positive. If you would like to discuss this more or would like to enlighten me, please feel free to write. i truly learn by debating. im not sure how i became the enemy, but i apologize and just want to feel welcomed to share my point of view and learn just like everyone else. i only made the comments about being snarky becuase it seemed as if certain people only had that to contribute, instead of offering something positive. negative comments only shut people off to what you have to say, even if your opinion is completely valid. it seems wisdom should make you a better listener and with each year in my life, i learn that i have much more to learn. that is what i believe wisdom truly is. i would love to learn from people before me and i freely and proudly admit that i am still trying to figure things out in my own life.
