transI am looking for work and am about to send CVs to some local companies. Whilst updating it I realised that there may be a problem with my past experience, done under my previous name.
I am not prepared to declare to every company in North Cumbria that I am transsexual before I get an interview.
Does anybody know what I can/should do?
