QUESTION for folks who unintendedly passed gender throughout childhood.

Are there folks out there who weren't ashamed of being mistaken for a different gender as a child? Was anyone siked (at the time) about passing in elementry school or were most of us totally bumbed out by it?

Hello,
My name is Kevin. I am a FTM transguy who's girlfriend Sara is doing some research for her Senior Honor's Project. She is a Nursing Student at Rhode Island College and is researching Health Care in the Transgender community. We are going to True-Spirit in February and have already gotten permission to distribute the surveys there. She would like to include all trans people (not just FTMs)... and wondering if anybody knows of any MTF Transgender Support groups in RI or MA? Or conferences that are not just for FTMs? Sara would like to include ALL transpeople, so any suggestions would be helpful.

I am looking for work and am about to send CVs to some local companies. Whilst updating it I realised that there may be a problem with my past experience, done under my previous name.

I am not prepared to declare to every company in North Cumbria that I am transsexual before I get an interview.
