Sep. 26th, 2009 05:19 pmIt's weird, I just clicked through all the
transgender tags I could find that seemed relevant, because I'm certain I've read the answer to this question before- but I couldn't find it.
So, say you were getting a shot in the butt in the morning, and a bunch of blood came out. It just bled for a tiny little bit of time, and it wasn't like I had the guy in Hellraiser's bloody old face for a butt cheek or anything, but it was enough blood to drip down my hip and onto the bed, and need cleaning up. Then I felt fainty for a little while.
I'm guessing I'm fine, because when I stopped feeling fainty and went to work all day. I'm assuming I'll have a bruise or something, but my question is, that's normal, right? Or at least not unheard of? Or, y'know, it's not something that you die from exactly twelve hours later?
The person who does my injections guessed that maybe she nicked an arteriole.
