so i get done reading 'Bram Stroker's Dracula' and i think

even though it was written over one hundred years ago, the idea of the change in gender roles was very threatening to the victorian society.(skiping a lot but trying to give some background for those unaware) This change in gender roles was seen when Mina was drinking the blood of Count Dracula. In this scene, the woman is the sexual aggressor/preditor and feeding from the chest, similar to child nursing.
The question that comes to my mind is, what do some of you think about the social threat of changing gender roles?
Personally, the only 'threat' to the ideas of social gender structure come from people saying things like, 'i thought that boy was a girl until he said something' -or something along those lines.
