prescription assistance programs - info wanted

So I was browsing http://www.pparx.org/en and found out they have two programs that could assist with Spiro and estradiol. Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they reliable (shipping on time, etc.)? 'Cause if they are, I could possibly get a year's worth of hormones for next to nothing.
