trans | Golden Rule insurance and trans clients

One of the things counsellor Hildegarde tasked me with is finding out if my Golden Rule health insurance will cover transgender care. I can't find any statement of policy or anything to that effect on their website, and the policy is currently in my parents' hands and they're out of the house until after Labor Day. I can't get a copy of the policy in my hands until then since they aren't allowed to send to my uni address because it's not on the account.
So, my question is, what has been your experiences with Golden Rule as far as covering counselling, hormones, an endocrinologist visits?
