More Questions!

transOK, things are moving forward and I am developing myself further. The latest is a name change (Can be read on my last two journal entries if you want a heads up) but there will be further developments!
Unfortunately for you peeps this does mean more questions! Sorry!
Today's questions are about breast-forms really.
I have mentioned in the past that their are occasions where I don't wear them. Work being one of them, soon to change that! Cycling was another. I was always scared that a pot-hole in the road would bounce them out them out the bra and they'd disappear out the bottom of my t-shirt! Of course the answer is a sports bra! Either that or medical adhesive! But are regular bras up to the job? Anyone had any issues before?
Also paint-balling! I have recently taken to paint-balling and I'm kind of worried about the effect a high speed impact would have on a breast-form. How resilient are they really?
