I'm presenting to Kaiser's Psychiatry department this week, and looking for the same win/fail stories I got for my presentation to the medical doctors. I'm not looking necessarily for stories about transitioning or letters or groups of trans people.Looking more for stories of seeking general services. How was the front desk?
