Mar. 28th, 2002 10:37 amOk I have a question...this is regarding transgender issues...
For people who can't afford off-campus housing, who for whatever reason can't take an on-campus house like a studio single, why can't they live with a friend (a bio male), if they are FTM transgender??
The school policy is no co-ed living PERIOD. THe bio male is a gay friend, who faced harassment his freshman year on campus, he moved off-campus his second year, and subsequently went broke...he is now moving back onto campus...but the policy says no...
...the place has two single bedrooms within an apartment, the floor itself is co-ed...if we both want to live with eachother for safe space reasons, why can't we?? This is definitly a national problem...
