More genders on LJ?

There's a poll here for paid users. It says, "please prioritize the features you would like to see us working on the most:" If you're a paid user, I suggest filling it out. There's a space at the end where you can describesome "other" feature that you want from LJ.

I suggested that they add more gender options to the "personal info" section. If you want to see more gender options added, this might be a good place to say so. There's a limited space for your suggestion, but if you tell them you want more gender options, please be specific as to which options you want.

If you'd rather, (or if you're not a paid member,) you may post a comment to this entry listing the options you think they should add. The current gender options are:

male
female
unspecified

Based on a discussion we had over a year ago, I suggested adding:

male to female
female to male
other

If their database code is any good, it should be a simple matter for them to add a few more options. The effort required to add a "fill in the blank" option is so much more that I don't think it's worth it.
