um.
does anyone know how to bind your chest properly with an ace bandage and not kill yourself?
because.. i have been (and am currantly, as i type this) wearing a 15cm one and my chest feels bruised.
by the time i've worn this all day at school, i will be in much pain.
it's not even binding that well.
