fairywanderer.livejournal.comI have a question for the community. I am coming out to my family in early January, but I am not positive about the place of where I should talk to my mom (my father will be out of town).
The plan was to take my Mom out somewhere for lunch and talk to her. My reasoning is that it is more of a neutral place where I will have more control of the situation than I would within HER house. It was brought to my attention though, that it might not be the best idea because it may be embarrassing for her with all the servers and patrons around if she starts to cry, and I doubt I will make it through the meal without breaking down at least once. Does anyone know of a better place that I can talk to her at?
