New and confused

Hello. I'm new to this community (and not just in the Live Journal sense). I have felt out of place in my body most of my life and I'm still not sure of myself.
I'm afraid of losing everything I have in search of happiness and still not being satisfied, because I can never REALLY be a man.

Um...I'm rambling.

Anyways, I joined this community so that I could explore my options and stop feeling alone.
If you want to know more about my situation ask, or read my journal as it is pretty much solely about my gender dysphoria.

I've got a problem and I was hoping someone here could give me some advice on what to do.

I apply for a job back in early October as my old boy name. I was thinking I wouldn't hear anything back and that would be it and I needed to do it go get unemployment benefits. Well today I heard back from the company and they are very interested in hiring me. However several things have changed, I've changed my name and gone full time and had facial surgery.

All my references are also in my new name as well. These people however only know me as old boy name.

So what should I do.

1) Tell them I'm a TS in transition and that was my old name, most likely lose the chance to get a job in which I really need.
2) Turn up in Boy mode for interview and if I get the job for the first 1 month then change?
3) Don't care about this job as maybe there will be others.

I think I would do number 2. however I have changed my name legally and so my old Boy name is being erased from existence

Anyone have any advice?
