People who aren't transgender, gender variant, or gender non-conforming

Is there a word for that? Do people just say nontransgender? How do you describe this group? I am asking because I am working with a the NCCJ, who does training about oppression, and they have been using "Man" and "woman" I find this extremely problematic, because many if not most, transgender, gender variant, and gender non-conforming folks consider themselves men, women, or both.

It's not entirely coded yet, but the latest thoughts on male-to-female transvestism already is (click here to get there).. I wanted to focus specifically on mtf transvestites, as it is the category I am most familiar with. Some of it may help those who are non-tv's. Sorry if most of it is not applicable to the other tg groups, but I figure talking only about what you know is the greater of two virtues.
