is it possible to be transsexual without having to change your gender identity? as in identifying as masculine but wanting to change your sex to female or identifying as androgynous and wanting to change your sex to female. or identifying as femme but wanting to change your sex to male, or identifying as androgynous and wantin gto change your sex to male?
