I learned about something called phantom limb syndrome. I was wondering if people who go through MtF SRS surgery have that or people who do the FtM chest surgery do. Thwat wasn't relaly phrased as a question but it was so umm yeah.

hi, my name is drew and i am a trannydyke living in brooklyn. i'm about to start hormonal transition (male (?) to female, and for that i had to get some bloodwork done. the bloodwork indicated that i have very low levels of testosterone and very high levels of estrogen and prolactin. the doctor said that may be why i'm so curvy; i have "female-like" hips and ass as well as perky little breasts. while my weight has fluctuated a lot over my life, no matter how much i weigh, since puberty i've always had breasts and "childbearing" hips. i'm wondering, is it possible i am intersex? i've been looking up klinefelter's, and it seems to fit the bill, including many of the conditions that may be associated with klinefelter's, but i've never been karyotyped. any comments would be appreciated.

One for UK residents.

My driving licence still has my old name on it, mostly because I simply didn't get around to changing it a couple of months ago as I thought it would be an 'effort' at the time (i was also concerned about carrying a current passport photo around with me too, but that is just my vain side). However, I could do with doing some driving, and soon, in a works car. So, what I want to know is, what are the legal ramifications should I get stopped with an out-of-date driving licence? Can I talk my way out of it, or is it liable to get messy especially considering the veichle in question belongs to my employers?

I'm okay with the pure embaressment factor of having to explain that I'm trans should anything happen (it isn't like it's that difficult to spot anyway), but the idea that I could get into legal trouble is a bit more unpalatable. Sure, I'm going to be doing the form thing next week, but I don't think it'll get done before I need to make my journey.

What do you all reckon? Should I drive while my documentation is being changed over?

Thanks in advance xx

I was wodnering if any MtF's of FtM's ahve it before surgery. as in, their mental map says there are thigns where there aren't and thus causes the enrves to misfire. Not sure if I phrased that correctly.
