Hi all,

I am a non-operative male-to-female transsexual.

So far I have avoided seeking hormone treatment, even though I would naturally like to have a body that is more feminine in appearance. I'm concerned that hormone therapies will cause me to lose sexual function. Is there a way for me to keep what functioning I have while also developing a more female form? Is there a particular dosage level that would make this possible, or a particular hormone? How have other non-op transsexuals have handled this?

Thanks!

I"ll all ears and willign to take suggestion as I feel this is important enough to me. I partly made this out of frustration at the way the itnersexed are treated and my own upsetness at my own body. One should always be cosntructive.

The purpose of this community is that I feel there is too much emphasis on gender being the be all end all. Sex is as varied as gender. I view sex as one-part genes, one part brain chemistry, and one part sexual organs. These are each varied as much as gender is. From people born with male anatomy and XX genes, to people born without a vagina and only a clit and urethra, and so much more. I want more awareness of sex types. In addition, stem cell research is essential for those with brain chemistry of one sex and the body of a different sex to be able to change that body fully. Best way to have the parts. I want people to band together and get more recognition of these things.

I am thinking about going to Be-All in Chicago this June. Has anyone else been to one?

Share Your Good Memories

I was just sitting here thinking of my Transchildhood. While it sucked, i have a lot of FOND memories too. Like I have the most gorgeous dark red natural red hair anyone could ask for, and women would fawn alllll over me telling me how pretty my hair was. I loved every second of it. Then there were the toys...

I loved My Little Pony!!! I remember I stole one from my sister, and was combing it's hair under my blankie at night, and I fell asleep. It fell out of my hands at night, and I woke up in the morning and stepped on it. OWWWW!!! The ears on My Little Pony are NOT foot friendly. *giggle*

Of course there was Barbie, and the doll that pissed itself when you fed it a bottle. But did ANYONE ELSE play with Polly Pocket?! I LOOOOVVVVEEE Polly Pocket!! The dollhouse that fits in your purse! They were SOOO much fun. Damn I miss Polly Pocket. I wone.I'm thinking about going on Ebay and buying one, YAY!!! ^___^

Or the Lion King toys from McDonalds??? I LOVED THOSE! I had 101 Dalmations stuffed animals, and me and my sister would make tents in the living room out of blankets, and play with them! Good times! *sigh*

I always wanted one of those eyesore pink bikes, with the tassles, and the beads on the spokes. My sister had one, so I wanted one too, lol.

Any other FOND childhood memories??? Share 'em Folks!
