Testosterone Costs (crossposted)

I have an appointment (mostly consultation) for testosterone on Wednesday. My question is about cost. I know that the price of the actual hormone isn't too bad, but my question is more about the costs of the office visits and the bloodwork. Anybody have any estimate on what the costs for that will be? My original intentions were to talk to the nurse, but she transfered me to a desk clerk, and my therapist told me not to talk to anybody but the nurses and doctors about my situation.... Any help or estimates will help. Thanks guys.
