i am saving up for chest surgery
i have 3000 tucked away...

isnt there some way i can invest this or do something to it get the extra 3000
i need to have surgery

I'm starting the search for laser hair removal clinics, and I'm wondering if there's anything in particular I should look for, or look out for. I live in RI, if anyone knows of a place near Bristol, that would be greatly appreciated too :)
