Trans-positive stage show imminent!!!

To anyone within reach of Minneapolis in early August:

The show is coming together. We got written up in Lavender, which should be excellent publicity. I'm doing backup singing, and a short bit of stand-up comedy that seems pretty good (to me at least). Here's the link:

Another trip to the doctor yielded the good news of a further drop in my blood pressure since I started taking Spiro.
Still no real depression.
A referral to a therapist who specializes in G.L.B.T. issues.
Being told of a local group that screens it members, but I may be able to get into.
Formulated a plan of battle for dealing with my mom.
Best approach is partial honesty.
I feel better then I have since puberty and my B.P. is better then it has been in ages.
I'm going to tell her that there might be physical side effects so I might look somewhat different the next time she sees me. No, I'm not going to tell her about my plan to transition.
Tomorrow I have one to two hours marked off for filling out job applications.
Focused and goal driven.....
