Shelley or That "Other Person"? You tell me

Today I am going to reapply for a job doing customer service at a call center.
They need people who have gotten government clearance and can pass criminal checks (jumps up and down, Me!,Me!Me!)
Also helpful is the fact that I went through their training program before. At the time, I wasn't able to handle the phones.
I freaked.
Now?
Oddly enough, I think there will not be any trouble.
Okay, big question.
I want to answer my phone as Shelley. Thankfully, even if I don't pass it is an androgynous enough name to work.
It will also give me eight hours a day as me (even if it is just on the phones talking to strangers.
