roommate in FL

My sister is looking for a roommate and she said I can pimp her out here because she has no problems with living with a transperson. She lives in Kissimmee, FL, just off the turnpike. Rent would be $400/month, including utilities, with June's being due upon move-in. Would have to be tolerant of babies because she has a seven-month-old boy. I have a question about getting an Orchiectomy. My doctor has recommended this and knows that this is as far as I can go given my MS. Lots of issues and going for GRS is not available to me.

My Neuero wants me to get off or reduce my HRT given the cocktail of MS drugs and I have to be careful.

So This is an option that I need to look at seriously. What I want to know is how much sexual activity can I expect if I have this procedure? Does anyone have experience with an Orchiectomy procedure and what have you experienced.

The HRT has been great but one of my MS meds has some nasty side affects with the HRT meds and I have to chose.
