has anyone had much experience with the howard brown center in chicago? i am going there, well was for a lil while and currently haven't had any kind update from my therapist there. maybe someone else with experience can offer more insight though?

Hey All,

I'm moving to Chicago in August and I am looking for some trans-friendly therapists to get the ball rolling. I'm ready to start 'T' and would love to get moving towards that as soon as possible, but I know I need a Dr's. note. So, if any of you have ANY helpful info for me it is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

Questions about surgeons...

I have a friend who sent me a link to these people... "Hygeia Beauty".
She's thinking of going to them and I know it's all because of the price tag $$$.

Now I've never heard of this place or any of the surgeons who suposedly work there. I did a search through the community and came up with a "big fat goose egg" on this place and the listed surgeons.

Has anyone heard of them, had experience with them, or have anything to say about this place,  or the surgeons associated with it?

I just don't want to see her get ripped off, or worse, injured or killed by some hack surgeons.
