Did transgender all of the sudden exclude everyone except for transitioning persons? 

I've always considered the word transgender as an umbrella term used to describe everyone from drag queens to crossdressers to genderqueers to vanilla transitioners.

So when someone uses the word "pass" in the same sentence as the word "transgender" our first reaction shouldn't be to raise eyebrows and accuse others of political incorrectness.  Many in the TG community really don't care about "passing".  Drawing that distinction is not the same as passing judgement on those who choose not to "pass".

Does anyone have any recommendations for facial hair removal in the Manchester UK area? I'll be budgeting for a taxi to and from so quality and niceness is more important to me than convenience.
