are there any usable resources that could be used to educate others that is geared towards those of us who didn't really exhibit cross-gender behavior as a child?

i knew i was a girl at 16. came out at 22, and even after having been on hormones for.... 1y8m3w4d and progessing with my transition, i still can't be taken seriously by my parents. their arguement over and over is 'we don't see it, you never acted this way when you were younger'....

i.. just donno what to do.

Hey all!

I have a paper due for English and I have to have the 1st part turned in tomorrow but I'm having trouble finding a suitable article this paper. I want to do this paper about transgendered children. Perhaps an article written from the point of view of a doctor or psychiatrist who's treated a MTF child. I know that there was a young 5-6 year old MTF that was written about sometime last year, and I'm kind of wanting to do it on her. Either that, or why transgendered couples should be allowed to have children.
