Bulgarian Sister In Need Of Contact

Someone on a DIY hormones group I'm on is in Dobrich, Bulgaria, and they literally have no contact with someone in their own country who could get them in touch with docs or anything else.
Anybody who knows of a group for contact in that area, or even just a single individual in that area who would be willing to talk to her...she's 18 and her GP flat out refused to help.
Message me on LJ with the info, I'll relay it to her quietly, and hopefully she won't have to be so alone. :)
