Two more questions

1) Do any of you know of any transgender lawyers? A friend of mine is nervous about transitioning because he's afraid he won't be able to get a job in his preferred career, and I'm looking for examples to help assuage his fears.

2) For those of you who have had double incision top surgery, how much sensation did you have afterwards? Any doctors to recommend or suggest I avoid?

EDIT: 3) Same questions about pursestring/drawstring, since I don't know which is more likely.
