Question: Regarding Drops in Estradiol on HRT

I have been on HRT for 8 months, my endo has me on 200 mg of spiro, 2.5 mg of finasteride, and 6 mg of Estradiol pills. Since starting my levels have changed significantly, 33 testosterone from 520 and estradiol started at 50 and jumped to 182. However it has recently dropped to 81 during my last visit.

I am trying to find information that might explain the sudden drop in estrogen, given the fact that I've kept the same regimen since beginning.

I'd appreciate your feedback. If you have had this experience. Thanks
