Yet again, after many requests for my name on the schedule to read C**** instead of C********, The Schedules person refuses to put it as such. In fact today when I mentioned it to her, she told me, when you have a legal court order stating that your name has changed, I will change it on the schedule.

Its as if she thinks by refusing to call me by short of my birth name C****...something everyone has called me for years... and calling me C********, she is stopping me from being who I am.

My first negative in all this. I swear....of all things, this should be the easiest for her to deal with...she calls me C**** when we talk face to face...why can't she use that with the schedule?

Hell my dad is ok with it, in fact wrote me an e-mail to my new name...Cristean....I'm not even asking her to use that name, but the short name that is my birth name. Once the legal forms are filled out and the judge says ok....the name is going to be even more different.
