Hyst +Top surgery at same time?

Has anyone done both a uterus/ovaries removal along with top surgery? I've seen a little research that seems to indicate no major concerns with FTM patients. I'd be quite interested in getting it all done at once. I'm really fearful of surgery and would like to try to take care of both issues together if it weren't going to compromise too much. I know it probably means longer recovery but not digging up much info aside from breast cancer sites and the main concern seems to be infection and being able to get two doctors on site! Though as my mom has had breast cancer, I know the people having such operations are usually older and already have at least one major health problem- cancer! I guess the other concern I'd have is the quality of the results. I don't want to risk needing revisions because they had to get it done faster, I guess?

I'm not concerned with closing up my vagina or anything, just done with female hormones. I may never feel the need to close it up completely. Emotionally this is a non-issue and it actually make me uncomfortable to think of doing that. On the flip side, I've always had a beef with my uterus since puberty, so it would be a huge weight off my (pelvis?) back to get that done.
