Naturally estrogenated MTF

transI am wondering if there are any MTF out there who came to the 'change' without the aid of Hormonal Therapy.
I have only Spirolactone (5-1/2 months) , but that's all it took to start my journey.
And by what I have read, an accelerated journey. A journey which started upon waking from a near coma in the hospital 1st week of October, 3 months ago.
This Spirolactone was given to me to save my life, and for posterity's sake, the story is in my journal.
It would be a great comfort to hear of like experiences, for naturally estrogenated men and/or accelerated transformation stories.
