Modern opinions of outsiders

transAnyone know of any sites or inexpensive (but not pop science) novels on opinions (based on facts, not weird rumors) of non-transsexual/transgendered people ABOUT transgendered people? I'd like to know what 'the norms' think about us transgendered folk...but the more intellegent ones. I know what the ignorant think.
