Loss of sleep

I'm loosing sleep over worrying about my transgender stuff and it is affecting my school work. Telling my parents, I having been thinking about it constantly all week and I keep doing the same research repeatedly I have done for years. Sometimes it takes forever to get to sleep; other times I wear myself out until I fall asleep. I really need to tell them or this will affect me more.

I expect them to be worried, concern, disgusted, perhaps happy for me? My parents are usually very loving and understanding. I'm curious how it went for other people...
