For the past couple of weeks I've been taking herbal suppliments to assist with transitioning. I'm curious if anyone else here has tried the same approach. If so, I'm curious what suppliments people have been using and what they've noticed about themselves after.

As of right now I'm taking:

"Natural Curves" blend -- 493mg 2x daily (2 weeks so far)
- Contains: Saw Palmetto berry, Damiana leaf, Dong Quai root, Dandelion root, Blessed Thistle leaf, Wild Yam Root, Mother's Word Leaf, Fenuggreek Seed, Black Cohosh Root, Fennel Seed, Chastelberry root, Panax Ginseng, Soy Isoflavones, Bioperine

Black Cohosh Root and Root Extract -- 545 MG 4x daily (2 weeks so far)
- Contains: Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) (root and extract) (1 MG 27-deoxyactien)

PhytoEstrogen -- 282 MG 1x daily (Just 1 week)
- Contains: Non-GMO Soy (60 MG Isoflavones), MexiYam (7.4 mg Diogenin), Black COhosh (27-deoxyactein), Dong Quai (root)

What I've Noticed

In the past few days I've noticed my facial skin texture changing a touch... It's hard to explain, but even when I'm not touching it with my hands it feels somehow silkier against the air.

In addition to the other things I've been working on I feel like these suppliments have assisted breast development. Lately they have been sore -- a sign of growth. This soreness has been more frequent than when using other techniques without the suppliments.

Since I can remember I've experienced seasonal depressions. This season change has been no exception. Having taken these suppliments however, I've noticed that I'm handling these emotions remarkably well compared to seasons past.

Sex drive has been weakened. Orgasms are considerably more difficult to realize.

Body/facial hair hair seems slightly slowed.

Noticed greater differences after begenning the Phyto-Estrogens.
