Several years ago, during a period of what I can only assume to be testosterone induced stupidity, I got a Prince Albert. (Piercing through the bottom of my penis, exiting through the urethra. Google it if you need to know more.)

Years later, long after having removed the jewelry, I still have a 14g hole. Annoying to pee while standing, but I don't usually do that anyway nowadays. But my question is: If I opt for SRS, specifically with penile inversion, will this hole cause any..issue?

I'm curious, basically, if there's anyone here with any solid experience with this particular ...conundrum.
