tall business casual

I have very long legs and need new pants for work. Everything I now have came from Tall Women's Ect or other specialty stores but I really cannot afford that right now. Do any of the department stores carry tall sizes (inseams of 34-36") that you know of? JC Penny lists tall sizes but their idea of tall is a 33" inseam.
