To follow up on this post, here's a repost of my last comment/reply from it:
"I emailed HR with a rather vague message regarding this today and got a call not 5 minutes later asking if there was an issue they needed to fix and rather franticly worried on the phone. I told her that I needed information and that at the moment, things were fine and there were no fires that need putting out. But my HR and legal person has been very helpful. We will see what information she can find. She's a great person and I really liked her information during the orientation, and she really knows her stuff. I will let all of you know what I find out. It will be a bit because she's working on another majour fire atm, but when she gets me information on both local/regional/federal laws as well as company policy, I'll be sure to update in here."
Well, I decided to forgo the tight sports bra today and wore a soft cup, non-under wire bra today to work, and while my tie did bow around my chest and back down onto my stomach, there appeared to be no adverse effects from the staff or customers. Good enough results to warrant further such experiments and even more so, dare I say, regular wear of a normal bra instead of one that constricts/binds. Needless to say I'm rather pleased about that.
