Kristin and I are having a very hard time trying to find a place in Seattle area to live. With all the deposits and credit checks and other requirements from rental companies it makes it almost impossible for us to find a place.

If anyone that reads this and lives in the Seattle area and has a decent idea of the market for rentals ie. private rentals not rental companies. If you have any suggestions or ideas we would love to hear from you....
