new forms

a friend of mine showed up at my work (where I'm stealth btw. SO glad the manager didn't ask any questions) and dropped off a pair of breast forms as a sort of surprise for me. a very pleasant one at that. I found that they suction on for about 30 sec without a bra and then fall off. is there some way to have them stay on longer? some way to make the suction better or some kind of double sided tape that works well in this situation? links would work well too
