transI have a friend who went to Dr. Medlin in Ackerman, MS and had luck getting started on hormones. Granted, Dr. Medlin is self-admittedly just new to treating transfolk, but he is very liberal, has GLBT people in his family, and is happy to learn and help out. Just thought I'd pass this along.
