Razor burn!!!

transYeah...I've had this problem for a while.... While I love to Nair, it gets rather pricey...
So, the problem dears: Is that every single time I shave anywhere but my face (which I use the Nair for men, it's a dream), I get the worst razor burn u could imagine. I've tried a million products and all kinds of razors, aftercare creams, lotions, you name it... all to no avail. Can someone give my some pointers on avoiding razor burn and razor bumps, or is my skin just that sensitive and I have no choice but to nair or wax??
I dunno what's worse, that it's hideous, or that darn itching...
